One could say that Mark has made his mark on the industry. Coming from a family of Egyptian immigrants who migrated to the United States in 1970, Mark has become a successful business owner. Mark’s parents had their share of struggles since the time they arrived on foreign soil. His mother walked four miles to work every day. His father worked tirelessly at a gas station to make ends meet. All of this was done so that they could give their family the best in life. Their efforts gave Mark the opportunity for higher education, and he graduated from California State University Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in business economics. He always knew that business was his true calling and built his core knowledge around finance. With his degree, he began pursuing a career in lending when he was just 19 years old. He started off his private lending journey in the year 2000 by establishing his private lending firm Carlyle Capital.
Mark says “The basic idea behind establishing this firm was to help those who are interested in real estate investment to get hold of a passive income. Many of those initially interested in real estate investing don’t have appropriate knowledge regarding the technicalities that come with financing. Our firm specializes in asset-based lending through disbursing loans against property, benefiting real estate investors. Since Carlyle Capital was founded, it has provided a vast number of real estate financing options towards various residential and commercial properties for hordes of investors. The financing process is uncomplicated and quickly approved. At Carlyle Capital, funding is done according to the collateral, market value, and the borrower’s financial standing and their ability to repay the same” says Mark.
Mark also enjoys traveling, playing golf or basketball, and taking part in various philanthropic activities. He is always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Most of all, he loves spending quality time with his wife, Yasmin and daughter, Mila.
Fulfilling the American dream is Mark Atalla.
