Victoria Crest Homes, has unveiled a sample house of its Capital Gardens and Capital Loft project located in Idera, Eleko area of Lagos State.

According to the Group Managing Director of the firm, Mr. Kennedy Okonkwo, “The newly launched project aims to change the narratives by providing affordable luxury homes tailored to the needs of everyday Nigerians. This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between luxury and affordability in the housing market, ensuring that owning a beautiful and comfortable home is not solely the privilege of the affluent.”

Okonkwo stated that the project promises to deliver well-designed residential units equipped with modern amenities, green spaces, and community facilities. He said that by prioritising sustainable buildings and innovative architectural designs, the project intends to foster a sense of community and enhance the living experience for its residents.

He added that financing options will also be a key feature of the project, saying, “Collaborating with financial institutions, the initiative aims to offer accessible mortgage solutions and payment plans, making it easier for potential homeowners to secure funding without the burden of overwhelming debt.”

This approach, he said, aligns with the company’s mission to empower Nigerians and enable them to achieve their dream of homeownership. He however, said that the project will equally address bureaucratic hurdles by streamlining the approval and purchasing processes, ensuring that potential homeowners can navigate the system with ease. He noted that by leveraging technology and improving transparency, the initiative hopes to simplify home acquisition, making it a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

Speaking on the efforts so far, a representative from the sales team, Mr. Chimeze Nwabuko said the project developers aim to tackle housing deficits in Lagos.  He said, “Everyday there are people going upward in the income ladder, and they are looking for better and bigger houses.

We are just trying to do our own bit, create communities that are sustainable, for people to come and live that very valuable experience.”

Nwabuko stressed a payment plan; we have up to 12 months here. Where you can do between a 30 per cent to 40 per cent initial deposit and spread it over a 12 -month period. We also have mortgage funding.
