Acada arcade shopping mall has partnered with AG Mortgage bank to provide financial solutions for individuals interested in owning property within its shopping mall situated in Ojo.
The joint venture includes shops and warehouses, available for sale. The complex accommodates over 1000 businesses, providing a modern shopping environment with features such as security, drainage system, accessible roads and green markets.
An executive of the bank, Mr. Johnson Aigbekan, reiterated the advantages of leveraging mortgage opportunities for property ownership, especially for those facing financial constraints.
Aigbekan outlined the bank’s approach, emphasising its commitment to covering initial costs and offering a commercial mortgage with a requirement of a flexible repayment period with competitive interest rates. This strategic collaboration, according to him, aims to proffer investment opportunities for small and medium-scale businesses to own a space at the Arcade.
He further encouraged business owners and individuals who are interested in rental income investment in real estate to seize the accessible mortgage facilities and become owners at the mall.
Marketing head of Acada Arcade, Funmi Odetola, conveyed appreciation for AG Mortgage’s support to the project since its inception and urged the bank to maintain confidence in the collaborative endeavors to ensure the successful delivery of affordable and commercial facilities to their subscribers.
