The federal government has yesterday unveiled an ecosystem to facilitate connections between apprentices and business ownerships through online skills acquisition.

The innovative platform , TechAdvantage provides space for individuals to acquire, access skilled technicians via the online marketplace.

The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Uche Geoffrey Nnaji while unveiling the TechAdvantage Nigeria,in Abuja yesterday said it is aligned with president Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda paints a clear vision.

Nnaji stressed that the idea behind the digital technology platform is to technological empower individuals and promote culture of collaboration that transcends tribe, religion and politics.

” TechAdvantage Nigeria offers the space for interested Nigerians to take charge of their growth and empowerment. I, therefore, urge all Nigerians particularly our young ones, professionals,and artisans to explore the TechAdvantage online Academy and equip themselves with the skills for tomorrow,seek opportunities through the TechAdvantage jobs platform and build the careers in the tech sector.

In his welcome remarks, the Sapphital group chief executive officer, Amu Ogbeide said the innovative platform would transform Nigeria’s economic through apprenticeship.
