
Exhibitors at the just concluded West Africa Automotive Show (WAAS), has described the three day event a huge success following large turn out of cooperate bodies, professionals in automotive sector and top dignitaries across the globe.
The over 300 exhibitors who showcased their products at Landmark Centre, Lagos, expressed gratitude to organizers, BtoB Event for establishing a platform capable of promoting automotive products to end users. Having occupied the halls with well packaged automotive equipments, Export Sales Coordinator, Kabat, Maksin Dalinchuk tagged the show an eye opener. Dalinchuk whose tyre producing company is located in Poland, hinted the exhibition will help motivate Nigeria based automotive outfits jostling for survival.
“ I will be applauding the organizers for staging an event of this magnitude. This is a huge success and should this continue in Nigeria, it will serve as eye opener to those aiming to venture into the sector.
“ I storm Nigeria with unlimited tyre, inner tubes and rubber and I’m delighted with the turn out. We at Kabat realized Nigerians love automotive products and we are happy we finally land here to serve them their needs,” he stated.
Director, Sidana Exports, Rakesh Kumar and other top outlet such as Speed Lubricants, Super Circle Group, Toyota, Zhejiang, Wenzhou all saluted WAAS.
In a similar vein, president, Auto Spare Parts and Machinery Dealers (ASPMDA), Ngozi Emechebe also lauded the initiative. The president in ecstasy however urged members to build relationship with exhibitors for the betterment of the sector.
“I’ll love to use this medium to inspire members on networking capable of improving the sector. We’re glad to witness an event of this magnitude. It hasn’t been an easy task organizing an automotive exhibition show. On behalf of my members, we say thank you for this privilege and I hope the show inspires my members to greater height.”
