Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Collins Onuegbu, has said making time for relaxation will improve employees and employer relationship.
He stated this during an evening of networking, games, talent showcase, food, drinks and awards when SATH management and staff decided to create an atmosphere of fashion at the landmark tower, Lagos.
Themed: Great Gatsby, Onuegbu, who led the evening, said it’s important companies create time for staff to relax, saying it will go a long way in building relationship.
“Health-wise, it’s good we relax, laugh, communicate. And at the end, one feels refreshing alive and active. Ready to face coming challenges. What we have done today at SATH is what I will recommend to all. In the spirit of the season and as 2022 wraps up, SATH decided to hold a Great Gatsby party with industry stakeholders. Present here are group executive directors, partners, customers, staff, media, heads of the Holding company’s subsidiaries- Cloudsa’s and SA Consulting. As you can see, we are all having fun.
“Today, there is no boss. We are all one big happy family, enjoying ourselves. 2022 has been a remarkable year and I look forward to see everyone next year,” he said.
Handing out awards to some staff, Group Executive Director, Adanma Onuegbu, commended staff for their performance and encouraged them not to rest on their oars in working towards getting better results in 2023.
The climax of the event was the award category managed by the corporate communications strategist- Obianuju Lilian Ikegbune, nomination and voting for the best dressed by the panel of judges which included the Chief Operating Officer, Chukwudi Nwafor, General manager of Cloudsa, Busola Komolafe, Customer Acquisition Manager, Bright Ubamadu, and Obianuju, and the games. The event ended with an after party that saw all hit the dance floor.
