These new realities, Salami added, require a new level of commitment to engaging, empowering, and recognizing women, especially those that are blazing the trail and setting new records.
He further described The Peak Performing Women Project as the vehicle for driving a renewed commitment to empowering, engaging, and recognising women in their quest for delivering excellence in a post-pandemic world based on Goal 5 of the Sustainable Development Goals.
” This project hopes to equip and encourage women to garner and deliver excellence as career professionals, entrepreneurs, social innovators, political office holders, and more, even in their personal lives.
The world-class performance strategist is confident that the programme will enable more women to live beyond mis-conceptions, stereotypes, and misplaced emotions that can limit the God-given exceptional nature within the woman for the development of humanity.
He also hinted that “The Peak Performing Women of The Year is our third level of action in this renewed commitment. We started with The Peak Performing Woman Series and The Peak Performing Woman Interactive Session”.
