Fast rising singer, composer and performer, Adebisi Oreoluwa Sodiq aka Damilola HKN, is set to drop a new EP titled, Abracadabra.
A native of Ede, Osun State, Damilola started singing at a tender age. For the fact that he hailed from the same Ede town with Afrobeats superstar, David Adeleke, everyone calls him young Davido. And this is the more reason he adopted the musician as his role model.
Damilola preaches peace and unity through his music. And this has won him a lot of fans home and abroad.
Speaking on Abracadabra, his new EP, the talented singer said it contains six songs produced by some of Nigeria’s top producers. He pointed out that music is his source of inspiration and thus listens to old songs to learn more about the reality of life.
“My experience with people has given me exposure on how I compose my songs. Music teaches psychology and philosophy. Music brings happiness also. I have love songs in the EP. I am very optimistic that my fans at home and abroad will enjoy the efforts,” Damilola said.
Having released a number of hit tracks in the past, Damilola said Abracadabra is the new project that music buffs should check out. The EP will hit various digital platforms in March 2024.
