The retreat, according to Abiona Babarindez the General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications of the Group, featured robust discussions on global best practices, emphasised the importance of maintaining a superior brand experience in sectors such as automotive, agro-allied, information technology, healthcare, logistics, beverages, and real estate. The company vowed to enhance service delivery and customer engagement in 2025 and beyond.
