The two-day event themed ‘Unlocking Potentials’ ran from the 30th to the 31st of August, 2023 at the Provinces Coordinating Hall, Redemption City, Ogun State, featuring a range of insightful virtual and hybrid sessions, touching multiple areas of interest that affected Human Resource Practitioners.

The President and Chairman of the Governing Council of CIPM, Mr. Olusegun Mojeed said that in the global HR workspace, it was important to not just source for potential, but also draft pathways to hone its full potential.

“Our organisations rely on us to identify potential in employees or situations, with the help of line managers, and provide the enabler for that to be used to the benefit of the organisation

It is one thing to discover potential, it is another thing to identify how to unlock it and utilise all the benefits. That is why I am delighted about the theme for this conference” he stated.
