Managing Director of the Swiss deposit bank iSwiss, Christopher Aleo held a meeting with Sheikh Al Maktum at the Royal Palace in Dubai with several representatives from the fields of Media and Finance in attendance

It was an important meeting according to the source for both the prestige of the guests and the sheikh, and for the various topics that were discussed during the talks. Dubai is one of the most important centres for world finance: and it is in this Emirate that many interesting new projects are concentrated, which will make the royal family’s relations with the most important representatives of the global financial world closer.

Speaking Aleo said, he was honoured by the invitation and the possibilities it offered: “Just to be able to talk about different and very relevant topics with a figure of the weight of Sheikh Al Maktum is a chance for growth and truly a huge privilege.”

“The talks touched on various topics, always with a focus on possible and fruitful cooperation between European and global financial players and the UAE. Collaboration that will lead to certain growth for all actors involved.”

The company iSwiss, currently a leader in the securitisation sector and a recipient of an award from the prestigious Forbes magazine for its activity in this sector, with several important transactions with multiple vehicle companies, is also very active in the Arab Emirates: iSwiss is characterised by a new way of conceiving finance, opening up banking services to an ever-wider range of users, exploiting technology to overcome the limitations of geographical distances and the rigid timetables typical of traditional financial realities, and aiming to create new instruments for finance 2.0

Just as with securitisation, which until recently was reserved for a very limited number of players, iSwiss is instead using it innovatively to make it accessible to an increasing number of parties interested in using it.
