Candace is the Managing Director and CEO of Blue Dutch Limited, a Lagos-based real estate development and sales company renowned for delivering secure and profitable property investments.

Candace’s real estate journey began with a childhood fascination with design and construction. She later earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Benson Idahosa University and transitioned into real estate development, where she found her true calling.
Since co-founding Blue Dutch Limited in 2018, Candace has led the company’s evolution from a real estate marketing firm into a full-fledged development and sales powerhouse. Under her guidance, Blue Dutch has earned a reputation for transparency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
