The organizers of the reality TV show, Big Brother Naija have announced that season 9 of the show will begin on 28 July 2024.
The announcement was made on Friday, July 5, via the X handle of the popular reality TV show.
Making the announcement, the organisers wrote: “#BBNaija Season 9 is HERE! This is a must-follow Season!
“Get ready for double the drama, ships, and HUGE competition! Cameras 24/7 for 71 days. Showing on DStv 198 | GOtv 49.
“Don’t miss the premiere on July 28th on Africa Magic at 7 PM WAT. #FollowFollow.”
The organisers who started accepting audition applications on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, revealed that, unlike previous editions, the season will require participants to apply in pairs.
They added that the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 9 comes with a twist as participants applied in pairs, a departure from previous solo applications.
