As the Kingdom Film Festival (KFF) prepares for its main festival, scheduled for November 27-28, 2024 at EbonyLife Cinema, Lagos, its pre-summit event has been fixed for September 17, 2024 at Landmark Event Centre, Lagos. Time is 2pm.

 

 

Organised in collaboration with Africa Creative Market, the summit themed: ‘Navigating the Changing Landscape of Film Distribution: The Influence of Christian Films and Emerging Opportunities’ marks a significant step for Kingdom Film Festival.

A statement from KFF founder, Ewomaoghene Luther-Abegunde, reveals that the pre-summit will present an exciting opportunity for filmmakers to explore the evolving world of film distribution, and the growing influence of Christian films.

According to her, the event will feature an impressive lineup of speakers like Dr. Foy, Shawn Faqua, Pastor Mike Bamiloye, Dr. Linus Idahosa, Femi Odugbemi, Femi Luther-Abegunde, Ccioma, Pastor Yemi David, Ladun Awobokun, Joy Odiete, and Ewoma herself.

“This is a big win for KFF as this is the first time we are collaborating with Africa Creative Market. It’s proof that KFF is reaching new heights. We received over 2,000 entries from all over the world, which shows the growing interest and potential in the faith-based film sector,” Ewoma said.

Attendees can look forward to insightful discussions, expert panels, networking opportunities and exploration of emerging trends and innovations in the film industry.
