The Deputy Governorship candidate of the Young Progressive Party (YPP), Abia State, Dr. Chima Anyaso, has congratulated Sir Emeka Offor on the occasion of his 64th-year birthday celebration, describing him as a pace-setter, business mentor, and a global business icon with outstanding records of achievements.
