Evangelist Chioma Adeoye has applauded the Spiritual Director of Zion Prayer Movement Outreach, Evang Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi for his plans to bring back home and resettle many stranded Nigerians in South Africa.
The man of God in a recent crusade in South Africa was moved to take the decision when he encountered many Nigerians, who have been in that country for decades, and are stranded but couldn’t come back home not only because of airfare, but also how they could adapt if they return home.
Speaking to Saturday Sun, Mrs Adeoye, who serves in the Security Sponsor Department of the ministry, noted that Ebuka is demonstrating practical Christianity, as he is always giving to the needy as Jesus Christ was doing in His earthly ministry. He went to South Africa, a country that doesn’t even love Nigeria, and yet showed empathy on the citizens who were in need. He donated huge sums of money to South African indigenes, as start up capitals to whatever business venture they wanted to embark on.
“He was moved with tears when many of the Nigerians who have been in that country for decades recounted their frustrations, and indicated their interest to return home but, how to do that and what to do when they return were uppermost in their minds.
“To this end, Ebuka Obi promised that if they have made up their minds, he was going to bring them back to Nigeria and establish to begin to begin to live a normal life so that they will contribute their quotas to the growth of the country.
