Nathalie Nicole Smith is proud of many things in her life. She takes immense pride in her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business, her online company, Plush Beauty, her youth mentoring work, her partnership with TotalLife changes, her networking and mentoring program Women Who Boss, and being a bestselling author. Ask her what the source of her biggest pride is, and she’ll tell you straight – being a self-made woman.

“When you earn success on your terms without compromise or jumping through another person’s hoops, it is far more rewarding than the success that is purely dependent on others,” explains Smith. She adds, “I’ve seen too many people in life give up their dreams and ambitions solely to contribute to the success that they can never truly call their own. I was adamant from a young age that I would achieve greatness for myself and spent every waking hour working towards that end.”

As a young girl growing up, Smith was fortunate to benefit from the guidance and wisdom of a loving and protective father. He instilled in his daughter the belief that she was more than equal to any man and nurtured the conviction that she was destined for great things.

Smith recalls, “My father was my mentor, and he prepared me for just how tough the world can be, especially if you’re a female. He nurtured my drive and desire to battle the odds and win. He made me realize that anything was possible if you were tenacious, resilient, and wanted it enough.”

As someone who has charted her course and made her destiny, Smith is keen to help other women achieve through her Women Who Boss program.

“Women Who Boss does what it says on the tin,” explains Nathalie Nicole Smith. “I encourage other females not to be afraid of the power that resides in them. I give them the tools to tap into their latent potential and show the world who’s boss. I want them to realize they’re not shrinking wallflowers but strong and fierce lionesses who are capable of achieving great success.”
