Chief Executive Officer of Foladavid Care Foundation (FCF), Dr. Fola David is partnership Dermatology Clinic Lagos to offer free medical outreach to the people of Ikate Community, in Elegushi area of Victoria Island, Lagos.
The initiative is supported by the CMACGM group, the KB KLUB, Pharmasolutions, a popular comedian, Alibaba and Oba Elegushi of Ikate Kingdom, Oba Alayeluwa Elegushi, Kusenla III.
He said the outreach was aimed at providing free medical assistance, consultations and free medical check-up to participants.
The team leader, Dr. David, saids arrangement had been concluded to ensure all the people who would attend the event at Ikate Primary Health Centre on November 5, are well attended to.
He said they were ready to offer free medical care to at least 500 residents of the community.
Founder, Dermatology Clinic Lagos, Dr. Ifeoma Abajue said prevention is the first line of management of any health condition but was given the lowest priority.
“This is one of the reasons we are doing this.”
