Nigerian researcher, Saintmoses Eromosele, will present paper at the 11th European Academy of Paediatric Societies (EAPS) Congress in Lisbon, Portugal from October 18 to 20.

He will present findings from his study, “Reimagining Childhood in the Digital Era: A Social Inquiry into Media Dependency among Urban Nigerian Minors.”

His session falls under the congress theme, “The Dual Impact of Digital Innovation.” The study explores how early exposure to digital media affects the behaviour and social growth of children in Nigerian cities.

Eromosele, who is excited at the invitation, says the opportunity allows African perspectives to shape global discussions on child development and technology.

“It is progress in including underrepresented regions in international health policy debates,” he said.

A Law graduate from Ambrose Alli University, he leads Givitech Group, a Nigerian firm focused on digital education, health innovation, real estate, publishing and tech services.
