Presented on the second anniversary of Dr. Mudasiru’s demise, the scholarship honors the late philanthropist and investment banker’s legacy by supporting exceptional young talents with academic excellence and societal impact potential.
The Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru Foundation focuses on creating opportunities in education, entrepreneurship, and the arts, extending Dr. Mudasiru’s lifelong dedication to uplifting underserved communities and fostering future Nigerian leaders. His commitment to education and societal progress remains a guiding principle for the Foundation’s initiatives.
Following Eniolaoluwa’s admission to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) to study Sociology, the scholarship covers full tuition payments for the course duration, and a stipend for accommodation and upkeep, which will significantly impact his academic journey by removing financial barriers and allowing him to fully focus on his studies.
At the ceremony, Foundation Chairman Ohis Ohiwerei remarked, “Dr. Mudasiru believed deeply in education’s transformative power. This scholarship is more than an award—it’s a call to uphold integrity, service, and excellence. Eniolaoluwa, your diligence and determination embody boundless potential, and we are honored to support your journey.”
The father of the scholarship recipient, Rev. Oluwaseyi Sunday Sohe expressed gratitude, saying, “This scholarship is more than financial support—it’s a chance to transform Eniolaoluwa’s future and give back to the community. We deeply appreciate the Foundation’s generosity.”
“Our mission extends beyond a single scholarship,” Ohis Ohiwerei added. “We aim to create a ripple effect of opportunity and professional excellence that transforms lives and communities.”
Initiatives like the Dr. Olaolu Mudasiru Foundation serve as beacons of hope, showing how strategic investment in human potential can change lives and inspire progress, one scholarship at a time.
