Ugochukwu Nwokolo, Nigeria’s recently crowned Mr. Supranational, took his passion for social impact to Junior Secondary School Lugbe, Abuja, where he engaged with students and staff during a motivational visit. The event, which aligned with his Tech for a Purpose initiative under the TUN Foundation, showcased his commitment to fostering change and empowering communities.
Addressing students who are currently sitting for their examinations, Nwokolo encouraged them to remain focused and inspired. He emphasized the importance of vision, hard work, and resilience in building a brighter future. “The future belongs to those who believe in the power of their dreams. Stay committed to your studies and envision the greatness you want to achieve,” he told the attentive audience.
In addition to his motivational speech, Nwokolo distributed writing materials to support the students during their exams. He also took the opportunity to discuss recent developments within the school with its leadership. During his meeting with the school heads, he expressed his desire to support the institution in raising educational standards. “I am committed to ensuring that these students receive the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. Together, we can create a better standard of education for them,” Nwokolo said.
The visit is part of Nwokolo’s broader advocacy for social impact through technology, education, and community-building efforts, a core focus of his tenure as Mr. Supranational Nigeria. His dedication has already begun making a tangible difference, inspiring students to aspire for more while addressing systemic challenges in Nigerian schools.
The school management expressed gratitude for Nwokolo’s intervention and called for more partnerships to advance education in the region.
