Oba Alayeluwa Saheed Ademola Elegushi Kusenla III of Ikate Kingdom, Lekki, Lagos, recently made an unexpected visit to the newly-completed Richmond Pearl Estate in Ikate, Lekki.
A statement from Mr. Tayo Sonuga, the Chief Executive Officer of Haven Homes, the renowned lifestyle developer behind the project, revealed that the monarch was accompa- nied on the visit by his close friend, Chief Hakeem Bolarinwa.
They were warmly welcomed by the Haven Homes team, including Mr. Sonuga, Managing Director Mrs. Ufuoma Ilesan- mi, and Technical Director Mr. Babajide Olowu.
During the visit, the monarch and his entourage toured the expansive estate, taking in the elegant multi-storey Maisonette Blocks and exploring the wide range of facilities on site.
The statement further highlighted that Oba Elegushi has been a strong supporter of the Richmond Pearl project from its inception and has fostered a peaceful and welcoming environment for the developers to flourish within his Ikate Kingdom.
While celebrating this milestone with the ‘Kabiyesi’, Mr. Sonuga shared his vision for Haven Homes, which has now become a tangible reality. Reflecting on the journey, he ex- pressed gratitude for the grace and mercy of God that guid- ed the project’s success.
