According to Corriere dello Sport, Paris Saint-Germain chief Nasser Al-Khelaifi has offered €200m (approximately N343 billion) for the Napoli duo of Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
The French champions will be without the services of Kylian Mbappé next season and will need a replacement for the new Real Madrid star.
There is also the possibility of Mbappé’s compatriot Randal Kolo Muani leaving with Luis Enrique reportedly not being confident of his quality which will mean the Paris-based side will need to sign at least two forwards this summer.
They have set their sights on Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia but will face a difficulty in landing both at the same time due to Napoli position on the Georgian.
As revealed by Napoli’s new gaffer Antonio Conte, Kvaratskhelia is deemed indispensable this summer and the club are ready to resist any offer for him.
While they are ready to sell Osimhen, they are insisting on any interested club paying his €130m release clause which PSG have to match if they are to get his signature.
With Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal not ready to spend big on the Nigerian striker, heading to the Parc des Princes might be his only route out of Napoli.
He has the experience of playing in the Ligue 1, having represented Lille before joining Napoli, thus settling down with the French giants shouldn’t be difficult.
