The apex Igbo Socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has hailed lauded the Governor of Anambra State for his prudent management of state resources in his first two years in Office.
Ohanaeze expressed satisfaction with Soludo’s leadership, recalling that the general clamour for Soludo in Anambra was predicated on his sterling reputation for profound intellect, audaciousness, global economic punditry, character comeliness, dispositional humility, and an awesome track record of accomplishments.
In a statement issued by its National Publicity Secretary, Alex Ogbonnia, Ohanaeze noted that reports validate the peoples’ expectations in Soludo as a legacy archetype who is committed to transform Anambra State to a tourist and investment destination.
The statement reads in part, “The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide joins the good people of Anambra State and numerous well-wishers to laud His Excellency, Professor Charles Soludo, CFR, and the Governor of Anambra State as he marks two years in Office.
“Ohanaeze Ndigbo recalls with freshness the overwhelming clamour before the governorship election by almost all the segments of the Igbo for Soludo to become the governor of Anambra State.
“The President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, informs that the reports he gets from all the nooks and crannies in Anambra State are heart-warming.
“Ohanaeze applauds Soludo for an uncommon prudent resource management, massive skill acquisition and youth empowerment scheme, a regenerative agricultural programme, urban regeneration, recruitment of over 5000 teachers, road infrastructural revolution, security enhancement, etc.
