Declaring the position of the state chapter of the NLC, Comrade Olayi said the protest is a peaceful process and is aimed at letting the government know the level of hardship people are facing in the country.

“We are preparing very well and ours is to let the government know that the country is hard for everybody and with the resolution of the National Executive Council, there is no going back.

“There is no different demand from that of the NEC because there is nothing different from what workers in the state are facing.

“Life is biting hard on every average Nigerian, there is no food, money and we have no access to healthcare and this is the same thing happening in the state,” he said.
