The 2023 governorship candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Imo State, Uche Ben Odunzeh, has charged the Federal Government to sufficiently equip the police to address insecurity in the country.

Odunzeh in a statement yesterday, after paying a courtesy call on the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, in his office, said the government must be deliberate in fight against criminality.

The Chief Executive Officer of EUC Homes Limited lamented that kidnapping for ransom, and other nefarious activities had become the order of the day which confronts the security architecture of the country.
