Ndubuisi holds a BSc in Political Science and was also awarded a PhD in Political Science. Well-known for his integrity, humility and generosity, his investment in construction is massive. He has an asphalt plant and owns construction equipment, with which his Pinnatech Engineering Nigeria Limited engages in real estate, road construction, road rehabilitation, bridge construction, viaducts road construction, rehabilitation of water system, drainage construction, road maintenance as well as supervision, and maintenance services.
Pinnatech specialises in building high rise structures, hotels, residential, commercial, industrial, airport developments, stadia, villa communities, entertainment and mixed structural development.
Chief Ndubuisi is also established in the hospitality industry. His Pinnatech Suites in Awka, Anambra State and Abuja, FCT is a well-furnished hotel offering accommodation, conference and meeting facilities.
A firm believer in human capital development, Ndubuisi, through his philanthropic gestures, has trained legions of youths and students, focusing on entrepreneurship, skill acquisition and Information Communication Technology (ICT).
