Cynthia Nkemjika Harrison-Obi, a Nigerian citizen from Abatete in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State on the December 14, 2023 bagged a Masters of Law (LLM) in International Criminal Law and International Human Rights from Bangor University, North Wales, United Kingdom
She made a DISTINCTION in the Masters of Law programme of the University.
Cynthia had in 2019, graduated with a distinction in the Master of Law degree programme at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria.
As Bangor University student, she not only strived to excel academically; she worked endlessly to impact the student community and even the wider Bangor area through elected official responsibilities and volunteering activities.
She had been an active student voice representing the interests of Bangor students both within the university and in national student forums across the UK.
As a Bangor University student, Cynthia Nkemjika Harrison-Obi held the following leadership positions:
1. Bangor University International Students Council Officer (Elected)
2. International Student’s Course Representative for the School of History, Law and Social Sciences. (Appointed)
3. Bangor University UNIBUDDY Ambassador (Appointed)
4. Bangor university Peer Guide (Appointed)
In recognition of her outstanding performance at Bangor University, she has been given several awards and recognitions for academic excellence and academic community achievements. They include:

Cynthia achieved all these while running a hectic business and being a mother to three toddlers.
