The Northern Consensus Movement (NCM) has visited Tudun Biri Community in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State to condole with victims of a misfired bomb blast by Nigeria Army that killed several people and injured many others.
The National President of NCM, Awwal Abdullahi Aliyu, who led the delegation, described the incident as very unfortunate, disturbing, and painful, expressing indignation and grief over the tragic loss of innocent lives.
The Movement said that they will ensure that the victims get justice.
The Northern Consensus Movement is an Amalgamation of 593 community based, socio-cultural and economic inclined Northern Associations from the 19 Northern States and Associations of Northerners residents in the 17 Southern States.
The NCM President applauded the measures taken by the Minister of State Defence, Bello Matawalle, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Musa, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lt General Lagbaja, for a prompt response.
