The minor dispute over Pennek Court Estate in Dutse Junction – Kubwa, Abuja, which led to legal action between Lumen–Deo Realities and Constructions Ltd has been fully settled amicably.

The dispute in suit No: CV/2361/2023 was settled by a consent judgment delivered by the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

The ownership of all that large expanse of land housing the bespoke Pennek Court Estate in Dutse Junction –Kubwa, Abuja by Pennek Nigeria Limited was reaffirmed.

This resolved minor dispute over Plot No. 2118 Cadastral Zone 15 Kubwa Extension District, Kubwa, Bwari Area Council, Abuja arose due to failed communication between Pennek Nigeria Ltd, Housing Construction & Development Co. Ltd (HCDC) and Lumen–Deo Realities and Constructions Ltd over the land.

The solicitors to Lumen–Deo Realities and Constructions Ltd – Chidi Odo, Esq of Assurance Solicitors, has confirmed that all his client’s claims over the land have been settled and resolved in favour of Pennek Nigeria Limited.

Consequently, Lumen–Deo Realities and Constructions Ltd, and her counsel – Chidi Odo, Esq, advised the public to feel free to deal with the land known as Pennek Court Estate in Dutse Junction, Kubwa, Abuja as all disputes have been settled and the land is free from any disputes, litigation or any court-related encumbrance whatsoever.

Michael Onyishi Esq. of Perchstone & Graeys LP, Counsel to Pennek Nigeria Ltd, also confirmed the resolution of the dispute and the consent judgement delivered by the High Court of the FCT, Abuja on the 8th Day of November 2023.

“By this judgment, all the title, interest, and rights over Pennek Court Estate in Dutse Junction – Kubwa, Abuja is reaffirmed to be perfectly vested on Pennek Nigeria Ltd,” he said.
