The Founder, Africa Creative Market (ACM), Ms Inya Lawal, has stated that the forthcoming 2023 ACM event would be a big step towards stimulating the growth of the creative sector in the economy.

The Africa Creative Market is an eagerly anticipated annual event that serves as a catalyst for growth in the creative economy.

This vibrant gathering brings together key players from the African and international creative industry, providing a platform for collaboration and innovation. Speaking in a statement made available to Daily Sun, Lawal said that the organization’s mission is to empower creatives to scale by providing a blueprint for establishing commercially viable and sustainable business models.

Also speaking, the Country Manager, Paramount Africa, Nigeria, Bada Akintunde-Johnson, said that the ACM is dedicated to strengthening Africa’s creative ecosystem for profitability, sustainability, and global recognition.

Akintunde-Johnson said, “ACM aims to create access to replicable models, structures, and the international market”.

He emphasized ACM’s focus on training more individuals, sharing knowledge, teaching trade secrets, and facilitating networking opportunities.
