Wife of the Kebbi State Governor Hajiya Zainab Nasir Idris has been conferred with two traditional titles as part of her recognition for her service to unite the people in the state.

Press Secretary to the Governor’s Wife Hajiya Khadija Saadu confirmed this in a statement made available to newsmen in Birnin Kebbi.

She disclosed that the two traditional titles are Gwaggon Mungadi which was conferred by the district head of Mungadi and Garkuwan Matan Kasar Danko by the chief of Danko district.

According to her, ‘the conferment of these well-deserved honours was a consequence of her outstanding dedication to fostering unity and harmony among all citizens of the state. Furthermore, Her commitment to bringing people together regardless of their background and her kind intervention in providing food items and other basic social amenities to the internationally displaced persons (IDPs) in Zuru Emirate has left an indelible mark on the society, the gesture that exemplifies the values we cherish as a community.

“Hajiya Zainab Nasir Idris has shown absolute support for numerous community development projects and initiatives, leaving no one behind and ensuring that everyone has a voice. Her dedication to empowering the marginalized and advocating for inclusivity has touched the lives of many.
