The Eze Ndigbo of Mekong (king of six nations) Eze Amb Uzochukwu Jerome Ezeneche ( Eze Nwatagwuosimiri) has joined other well meaning Nigerians to commiserate with the family of President General Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Late Amb. George Obiozor who died on the 28th of December after a brief illness.

While paying glowing tributes to the late Ohanaeze leader, HRH Amb. Late Amb. Obiozor took mantle of leadership at a very trying period for Ndigbo when problem of insecurity and agitation was at its peak. But he was able to tactically address the challenges as they come patriotically without neglecting the Igbo race that he leads.”
Furthermore, HRH Amb Ezeneche said the late Obiozor was able to promote Igbo culture in the Diaspora resulting in more Igbo in Diaspora identifying with Ohanaeze worldwide.
