Tinubu donates N50m to victims of bandits in Kaduna

Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 election, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is “a fearless, gallant soldier with a passion to change Nigeria.”
These were the words of the Emir of Birnin Gwari, Alhaji Zubairu Jibril Mai Gwari II when he received the former governor of Lagos State in his Palace.
The emir also turbaned Tinubu with the traditional title of Dakare Birnin Gwari, meaning the Fearless One.
The Emir conferred the title on Tinubu when the 2023 presidential candidate visited Birnin Gwari community to commiserate with the emir and the people over incessant attacks on the community by bandits.
He was accompanied on the visit by his Vice Presidential Candidate, Sen. Kashim Shetima, Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir el’Rufai, and five other governors, as well as all APC candidates in Kaduna, the APC National Women Leader, Dr Betta Edu, Minister of Youths and Sports, Mr Sunday Akin Dare, members of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) and party stakeholders from the North.
Tinubu pledged that he would put and end to banditry and other forms of insecurity in Nigeria if elected president in 2023.
He urged the people of Kaduna to vote massively for the APC candidates in the next year’s general elections.
The APC National Woman Leader, Dr Edu, on her part noted that Tinubu as a man willing to take risks for the people.
She said, “Jagaban Tinubu is a compassionate leader who can Identify with the pain of his people and bring solutions to challenges they face; only true love for this country will make anyone take the risk Asiwaju took tonight to go into the battle front as a fearless soldier just to provide succour for the worst hit in society.”-
